Grant by Thomas Worth and Isabella his wife to John Wynard, esquire, of the manor of Wolveston and messuages, etc., in Poundestok (Cornwall), the manor of Berkeden and messuages, etc., in Staverton (Devon), , all which lately belonged to Humfrey Bevile, to hold to him and the heirs of his body, with covenant that if he be disturbed in his title thereto, he may enter into the grantors' manors of Draynek, Pengarsek, and Methelegh, and lands in Draynek, Pengarsek, Methelegh, Trevilly, Tremare, Helstonburgh, Costentyne, Trewythenek, Trerewe, Pengylly, Wyke, St. Mary, and Tredwell, in the county of Cornwall. Given at Worth (Devon), 11 August, 37 Henry VI.
